# PDF List & PDF Item

**PDF List** and its child **PDF Item** are part of **Divi PDF Embed**. Together they build a document gallery — brochures, spec sheets, reports — with a title, cover image, and file-type badge per document, in a grid, list, or gallery layout.

## Key Features

- **3 layouts** — Grid, List, or Gallery, with configurable Columns and Gap.
- **Per-item cover image** or a generic file-type icon.
- **Optional file-type badge and file size display.**
- **View button** with custom text, linking to the PDF.

## Adding the Module

1. Edit a page with the Divi Visual Builder.
2. Add a new module and search for **PDF List**.
3. Add one **PDF Item** child per document — upload the PDF File, a Display Name, and optionally a Cover Image.

## Content Settings

### PDF List

- **Layout** — Grid, List, or Gallery.
- **Columns** — 1 to 6, and Gap.

### PDF Item

- **PDF File / Display Name / Cover Image / Custom Icon.**
- **Show File Icon / Icon Color.**
- **Show File Type Badge / Show File Size / Show View Button / Button Text.**

## Design Settings

- **Grid** — spacing and card styling per layout.
- **Item** — icon color, badge styling, button styling.
