# Divi WhatsApp Chat

The [**Divi WhatsApp Chat**](https://divipeople.com/divi-whatsapp-chat/) module allows you to add a WhatsApp chat module to your Divi website. It creates a floating chat bubble that opens a chat interface when clicked, allowing visitors to start WhatsApp conversations with you directly from your website.

## **Options**

**Chat Bubble**

- Choose bubble position (floating left/right)
- Select from multiple bubble icons or upload a custom icon
- Customize bubble size, color, and icon color
- Add optional bubble text (for Support and Booking templates)

**Chat Header**

- Add profile image
- Set profile name
- Add profile caption
- Customize header background color
- Adjust the profile image size and border style

**Welcome Message**

- Customize greeting message
- Support for formatted text (bold, italic, links, lists)
- Customize font styles for user name and message

**Start Chat Button**

- Customize button text
- Set button background color
- Adjust button font styles

## How to Use

**Basic Setup**

1. 

- Add the WhatsApp Chat module to your page
- Enter your WhatsApp number
- Select your preferred template

**Customize Appearance**

- Navigate through the module settings tabs
- Adjust colors, fonts, and sizes as needed
- Preview changes in real-time

**Configure Content**

- Write your welcome message

## Best Practices

**Phone Number Format**

1. 

- Enter your full international phone number
- Don't include spaces or special characters
- Example: 14155552671 (for +1 415 555 2671)

**Profile Image**

1. 

- Use a square image for best results
- Recommended size: 100x100 pixels
- PNG or JPG format

**Welcome Message**

1. 

- Keep it brief and friendly
- Include a clear call-to-action
- Use formatting to highlight important information
