Divi Image Accordion

Image Accordion is part of Divi Conkit Pro. It arranges image panels in a row that expand to reveal a caption and link when triggered — a striking way to present categories, services, or a small portfolio.

Key Features

Hover or click trigger for the expand animation.
4 content animations — Slide Up, Fade In, Slide Down, Zoom In.
Horizontal or vertical direction for the accordion strip.
Overlay control — Always Show Overlay, or reveal only on hover, plus a mobile fallback to hide content on small devices.

Adding the Module

Edit a page with the Divi Visual Builder.
Add a new module and search for Image Accordion.
Add each panel as a child item with its own image, title, and description, then set the accordion Height and Trigger.

Content Settings

Height — overall accordion strip height.
Trigger — On Hover or On Click.
Content Animation — Slide Up, Fade In, Slide Down, Zoom In.
Direction — Horizontal or Vertical panel arrangement.
Use Overlay / Always Show Overlay / Hide Content on Small Device.

Design Settings

Overlay — background color and size.
Icon — color for any panel icon.
Title, Sub Title, Description, Button — independent spacing per element.

Mobile behavior
Since hover doesn’t exist on touch devices, consider setting Trigger to On Click for accordions used on pages with heavy mobile traffic.
