Divi Advanced Heading
Advanced Heading is part of Divi Conkit Pro. It splits a headline into up to four independently styled segments — a prefix, a center text, a suffix, and a background text layer — so you can build gradient-style, highlighted, or oversized decorative headings without writing CSS.
Key Features
- Four text segments — Prefix, Center, Suffix, and Background Text, each with its own font, color, and border styling.
- Flexible HTML tag — render as H1–H6 to keep correct SEO heading order.
- Inline or block layout — Text Type switches between an inline run of text and a stacked block.
- Decorative borders — solid, double, dotted, dashed, curved, or zigzag border styles around the whole heading.
- Optional link — make the entire heading clickable via Link URL.
Adding the Module
- Edit a page with the Divi Visual Builder.
- Add a new module and search for Advanced Heading.
- Type your center text first, then open Prefix Text / Suffix Text / Background Text to add the surrounding segments.
Content Settings
- HTML Tag — H1 through H6 (default: H1).
- Text Type — Inline (Row) or Block (Column) layout for the segments.
- Text Alignment — Left, Center, or Right.
- Link URL — turns the heading into a link.
- Use Border — toggles a decorative border with Placement (Horizontal/Vertical), Type, Color, Radius, Weight, Height, and Width controls.
Design Settings
- General — overall heading typography and spacing.
- Prefix Text, Center Text, Suffix Text — independent font, color, and size per segment.
- Background Text — a large decorative text layer behind the heading, with its own background color, padding, and margin.
- Border — color, radius, and weight for the decorative border.
Combine segments for effect
Use Prefix + Center + Suffix together — e.g. a small prefix label, a bold center phrase, and a colored suffix — to build a single heading that reads like three coordinated pieces.
FAQ
Does it work with Divi 5?
Yes. Native Divi 5 module with full Divi 4 support — your license covers both.
Can I make only part of the heading a link?
The Link URL applies to the whole module. For a partial link, use a plain Divi Heading module with inline HTML instead.
Where can I see it in action?
