Divi Image Masking

Image Masking is part of Divi Conkit Pro. It applies a blob, geometric, or custom SVG mask to any image for a modern, non-rectangular visual — a quick way to break up an otherwise square photo grid.

Key Features

  • 23 built-in mask shapes, plus the option to upload your own custom SVG mask.
  • 9 image positions within the mask (top/center/bottom × left/center/right).
  • Image rotation and independent mask rotation.

Adding the Module

  1. Edit a page with the Divi Visual Builder.
  2. Add a new module and search for Image Masking.
  3. Upload your image, then choose a shape under Select Shape for Masking (or upload a custom SVG).

Content Settings

  • Image — the source photo to mask.
  • Upload SVG — use a fully custom mask shape instead of a built-in one.
  • Select Shape for Masking — None or 23 preset shapes.
  • Image Height, Image Position, Image Rotate, Mask Position.

Design Settings

  • Image — sizing and position controls that determine how the photo fills the chosen mask shape.

Match the crop to the mask
Use Image Position to recenter the photo within an irregular mask shape (like a blob) — the default center crop doesn’t always frame the subject correctly once masked.

FAQ

Does it work with Divi 5?

Yes. Native Divi 5 module with full Divi 4 support — your license covers both.

Can I use my own shape instead of the presets?

Yes — use Upload SVG to mask with a fully custom silhouette instead of one of the 23 built-in shapes.

Where can I see it in action?

Visit the Image Masking module page for a live overview and pricing.
